Can I buy Nubimed with a single payment?
Our clinic management software is sold as a service (SaaS – Software as a service), it is not possible to buy it in one go. This has many advantages, such as that you do not have to pay a large amount of initial money or that you do not have to pay expensive licenses. On the other hand, we take care of keeping the software updated and free of problems, without this involving any cost or work for you.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, you only pay as long as you use the application. No strings attached.
Do I have to pay for some kind of license?
No, you will only pay monthly for the use of the application. There are no other payments for any other concept.
When and how do I have to pay?
Payment of the monthly fee is made by direct debit at the beginning of the month for the amount of the previous month.
What do I need to activate the SMS service?
Don’t worry, you don’t need absolutely anything. You will only have to activate it within the administration panel of our software once you are registered.
How much disk space do I have?
Each account has a free 25GB disk space per active clinic. That is, an account that has 2 active clinics will have 50GB free. From this amount, each additional gigabyte will be billed monthly for an amount of € 0.20.
